Did you know, eating five serves of vegetables each day can help maintain a healthy weight and protect against certain diseases? Plus, buying fresh veggies in season is often super cheap and delicious. While veggies are great, many of us find our vegetables going mouldy or limp because we’re not storing them correctly.
The best way to store veggies is in the crisper drawer of the fridge. For onion, garlic, potatoes and ginger, store in the pantry. If you cut your veg in advance, store them in airtight containers in the fridge until you’re ready to use.
